You own the site and can do whatever you want with it as long as payments are made to keep you subscribed to our platform. 

The subscription is for our product (software platform/tools) + service, not just for you to have a website. 

In the same way, if you paid to have a Mailchimp account (or any other software), you get access as long as you are subscribed.

The website is built on our custom-developed platform, so it is not possible to take the entire site with you to a different provider or your own WordPress account, for example. In the same way, you couldn’t take a GoDaddy, Weebly, Wix, etc. website and transfer it to WordPress. 

Any content or images are yours to take with you if you ever choose to leave.
